hook

• crack
• dangerous section wear of the size of the original 10%
• the opening of an increase of 15% over the original size
• torsional deformation of more than 10%
• dangerous section or hook neck produce plastic deformation
• board hook bushing wear up to 15% of the original size should be scrapped
• plate hook spindle wear up to 5% of the original size should be scrapped (hook on the defect repair should not be weld)

Wire rope

• crack
• drum wear up to 20% of the original wall thickness

Brake wheel

Brake wheel in one of the following situations should be scrapped

• crack
• lifting, luffing mechanism of brake wheel, wheel rim thickness wear 40% of the original thicknessand other institutions of brake wheel
• wheel rim thickness wear up to 50% of the original thickness
• wheel surface uneven height difference of up to 15 mm, if you can repair, repair after rim thickness should comply with the above article 2 or 3 requirements

Gear coupling

Gear coupling in the following situations should be scrapped:

• crack
• broken teeth
• lifting mechanism and luffing mechanism unbalanced wear of tooth thickness wear up to 15% of the original tooth thickness, other thick tooth structure wear up to 20% of the original tooth thickness
