Data from China Customs shows that Algeria imported various types of crane equipment from China worth US$5.604 million in 2021, down 25.43% from the total import value of US$7.519 million in 2020. From the time line, Algeria’s annual import value in October 2021 will decrease significantly, while the annual import value in February is the lowest in the whole year. For the future demand changes in the Algerian crane market, China’s crane suppliers are also required to work harder. According to data from the Ministry of Commerce of China, the bilateral import and export volume of goods between China and Algeria in 2021 will be US$7,430.83 million, an increase of US$836.7952 million compared with the same period in 2020, a year-on-year increase of 12.7%.
