Performance objectives are designed to be SMART; – specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound.

Specific: It contains recognizable criteria for the success or failure in life.

Measurable: It contains specific criteria useful for both the employee and management.

Achievable: It is viable for the employees to motivate them and appreciate them.

Relevant: It directly applies to the employee’s role that contributes positively and effectively to widen up the company goals.

Time-bound: It refers to the timeframe in which the employee’s success and performance are measured.

This is new topic to me which is useful one to me. I liked reading this post which has some very good information in it. I use to think the article posted in https://www.myassignmentwriting.com.au/ writing service blogs are only useful and has good information in it which is useful for students. But I was wrong after reading this blog post.
